Minecraft is a three-dimensional sandbox game that has no specific goals for the player to perform, allowing players a great amount of flexibility in choosing how to play the gameHowever, there is an accomplishment system. Gameplay by default is first person, but players have the choice that can be played in third person function. The core gameplay revolves around inserting and breaking blocks. The overall game world is composed of rough 3D objects--mainly cubes--arranged in a fixed grid pattern and representing different materials, such as dirt, stone, various ores, water, lava, tree trunks, etc. While players can move across the world freely, objects can only just be located at preset locations on the grid.
